1. What can we do to attract talented employees in a hot employment market ?

2. On what basis should we evaluate the senior most  employees?

3. Is there anything you are currently doing in HR that you do just because you’ve been doing it for a long time? Can you stop doing it?

5. Everyday, we should try to find someone whose work / life we can impact and increase their work output or experience. Are we doing that?

6. How do you think we should be structured as an organization? Are we structured appropriately today ?
